About Me | Ko Wai Ahau?

Ko Lisa Dohig tōku ingoa, Ko Taranaki te mounga, Nō Ngāmotu ahau. I carry the memory of my mum and dad. I have a brother, a partner and three grown up daughters. I love camping, growing vegetables and music. I worked as a gardener and a kitchen hand before studying. My working (and family) life has revolved around education in several forms. Apart from secondary school teaching my role as a teacher has also included being a NZ Family Planning Association educator and a tutor in second chance "Foundation" education through Polytech. I currently work at Waitara High School in Taranaki as a Foundation (Year 9) teacher
